11 tips to do a powerful influencial presentation

These are Powerful tips for powerful presentation techniques .It is a how to short manual. It is a neat outcome from the real success pioneers and gurus who have done and do their presentations in a unique way that would move people empower and facilitate the array of knowledge to spread, more enlightenment to extend and become popular.

This is one of the greatest advantages of the free society.

1- Keep the knowledge you are presenting simple. Prepare handouts that sum up the main ideas you are talking about.Handouts would just gather the scent of the whole meeting and deliver them in terms of points.Neatness and clarity of them make them one of the most unique tools for further marketing of your tools. This bombards your reputation and adds a great deal to your dexterity.Let this include also your contact information ,we will talk about this also here.

2- Have some of your presentations in places where there are regular gatherings and meetings for example in church, in civil firms, in charity entrepreneurs, in schools. Also try to address those inner value qualities of human fairness and integrity. People like to hear about their goodness and virtue more than their flaws and deficiencies.

3- State the benefit of your presentation and how would things go and the direct benefit of application of your general guidelines and what you state to be the most essential component of the process of doing certain thing. People won't sacrifice their time and their attention just for nothing;A central message to draw people's attention to is a must, this message would vary form simple life staff,e.g. how to organize your home according to the recent Italian trends -to how would you be a millionaire or an international business guru.

4- Any other words won't replace the need for demure and decent dressing. 95% of the first impression depends on the way we dress and communicate with other people. Nagging with the fewest words put into the hand of a good first impression lasts longer and aids to creat your power of influence. The unspoken constant radiation really speaks more as much as your words would aspire.

5-The greatest principle of speaking is to try to express certain idea clearly and in a concise form as possible.Express it rightly and fervently. No matter how trivial it is .If you do not have any idea you are willing to convey just say "no" and apologize. It is better to watch a football game than just putting yourself in place of irony and sarcasm. Also do not go to any presentation and you are in bad mood. This affects greatly the sincerity with which you would transmit your ideas and puts you at the edge of being a Charlton.

6-Express your words in terms of great things and achievements, using metaphors ,anecdotes, quoting and some popular figures. A lot of credibility given to our words builds on the previous knowledge of our audience. Reviving these figures makes it better for your speech to totally influence listeners and manage things properly.

7-Put the main themes of the topic together in balance by organising your speech into general headlines that is attractive and then below everyhealines you just mention few scentences .Donot stretch out your speech to last more than one hour.Master power point techniques of presentation if you will use a computer ,otherwise just a simple projector is very fine or even nothing at all would also fit .We will talk about the tools that you use in making your presentation in separate coming article .I have been feeling that one hour to one hour and half is very enough.Also the brain concentration span lasts for one hour to one hour and half ,after which it needs a brief break to regain its vigor.This has been proved in endless number of studies . This entails the need to have a global view and vision for the matter you are addressing. .Getting things in the right position and leverage with a postiive motivation to make them move and become happy about their choices is a very simple way to get others in the right track.

8- The quality of communication defines the character of the person. Keeping an eye contact, proper usage of the hand movements to stress certain syllables and the repeating to certain words with the same certain movements, changing the pitch of voice with the words you say and Feeling the impact of your words in your audience eyes and Softening your eye gaze to embody all those in the room or session with particular emphasis on the people in the front lines proves your real diligent way of the words, reiterate your ideas and fulfill the precision of the words and makes them accessible to the public.

9-Do not talk a lot and brag about many things. Be specific. This has nothing to do with the backbone of your presentation. Try to pass back into the main points you are presenting in a subtle way till you have the feeling that things are anchored very rightly. To be more specific in your words is to try to manage them in the sense of the professional character using the simplest words. For example do not say" From our retrospective crossectional studies!!!" rather say "Some past experiments showed...............".Focus on the general guidelines.


10- Build a referral system and add your number so when people would like to refer to you in certain topic or have any question they would find you handy available. You might submit your email or your mobile or your business phone or just simply your mail box if you won't find the enough time to answer back don't shy out from telling this. Being honest and direct with the people from the start increases you credibility increases your reputation and adds a hue of professionalism to your talking.

11- Keep the light as bright and the microphone as soft with minimal echoes. Sound purity is a great tool to convince your audience with your voice tone. It is the intermediate mean through which your voice would get into the hearts of the listeners. To top it off, come early and check the sound system, the appropriateness of the microphone, the proper distribution of the speakers and work in the balance of the whole environment from chairs to the stand to the even arrangement of chairs with good bright light preferably direct light.
