The past represents lessons learned. It holds memories that when reflected on give guidance to the present. The past is not meant to hold on to, live in, wish on, grieved over, or to be brought into the present. It is simply a part of life that is key to future growth. When applying what is learned from past experience it enables life to be lived in a freer and loving way. It provides knowledge for present situations. It brings memories that are swimming with emotion. It captures emotions that create a sentimental journey of remembrance. The past is all that was and should remain all that was. The past is a reflection for the present that leads to a successful future.

The present is a gift of all that is here and now. It is not to be spent dwelling on what lies ahead on the path to the future or what was left behind. It is a time to plan and implement goals that enhance the future. Being in the present means to fully live in the moment you are in. It is a time to create memories that make the past full of loving reflections that can be shared without regret. The present is a place in your heart that just for today allows love and respect for every living thing. The present is where intentions manifest and are released to the Universe. It is a time to create a beautiful destiny into the future.

The future should remain in the unknown realm of life; it is a mystery anticipated. It is not to be dwelled on, but instead should be a long-term plan with many steps that lead to success in life. It is not a place to look for answers for all the answers are already within. It is not a place to search for joy or a place to position fear. The future is not something to be troubled over for it has not yet come. The future is a time to look forward to; it is a place to make dreams a reality. It is what dreams are made of. When staying detached from the future it creates an all-perfect path that leads to success, happiness, love, and abundance.

Live one day at a time. Do not look back over the past. Do not be troubled over the future. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful that it will be worth remembering.
